Lands Edge

Land's Edge is one of Australia's leading providers of dynamic and progressive outdoor education experiences for school students and organised groups. The company's programs combine curriculum learning, adventure and personal growth. 

Founded in 1999 by Antony Butcher and Fleur Harmelin, two young teachers with a deep respect for Australia's natural landscapes, Land's Edge offers outdoor education, curriculum based field studies and recreation programs in four exciting locations: Sydney Harbour, the Illawarra region, Murramarang National Park and Kosciuszko National Park.

As a result of these teaching experiences they see a strong need in Australia for all people to have access to educationally appropriate programs, field work and activities outdoors - especially in coastal environments.
